Here's exactly what you'll do to get up and running: create your account, add your holdings, and start tracking everything in one place.
Sign up with your email and a password. We'll send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you. Enter that and you're in. You'll land on your dashboard, empty for now, with three ways to add your holdings: import a brokerage file, connect a brokerage, or enter positions by hand.
Set up an account for each brokerage, IRA, 401(k), or HSA you want to track. Give it a name, pick the account type, and choose how to keep it updated: full transaction history, or just current holdings for accounts that don’t export transactions. Prefer to skip ahead? The importer can create your accounts for you in the next step.
The fastest way to get real data in is a CSV export from your broker. Open Settings → Data Management → Upload CSV, choose your broker (Fidelity, Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Vanguard, and more, or let Quantia auto-detect the format), and drop in the file. You’ll see a full preview of every transaction before anything is saved.
That’s it. Your dashboard now shows total value and return, today’s change against the S&P 500 and Nasdaq, period returns at a glance, your value chart over time, account breakdown, and the day’s biggest movers.
